This is the first-ever salad recipe I have created...enjoy!

- 1 16 oz can/2 cups fresh cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup (approx 1 medium) carrot, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- President's Choice Basil Parmesan Dressing - amount to your taste/preference
