Carrot and Chickpea Salad

This is the first-ever salad recipe I have created...enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 16 oz can/2 cups fresh cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup (approx 1 medium) carrot, peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
  • President's Choice Basil Parmesan Dressing - amount to your taste/preference
Mix vegetables and chickpeas in medium sized bowl. Add dressing, chill overnight for added flavour.
