So here's my idea: during the month of May, I will create and share recipes using the Pampered Chef Bar Pan, as a way of "breaking in" the new one I have just bought, complete with printable recipe cards. I hope you will enjoy these new recipes with me! Of course, if you don't have the same pan as me, I have included on the recipe card alternate pans that can be used :-)
Today's recipe: Spinach and Garlic Pizza

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roll out pizza dough. Set aside.
Mince garlic and mix with olive oil. Spread evenly over pizza dough.
Chop spinach with knife, scissors or in a food processor.
Bake at 425 for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned.
Allow to cool 3 minutes before slicing and serving!
